There are 3 ways to rent a space
- Daily Rental –Reserve a space that you select from the available list in the office. Payment is due at the time the reservation is made. You are required to have a valid California Driver’s License and a Sellers Permit before you can reserve for a third time.
- Monthly Rental – Reserve a space that you select for the current or next calendar month. Payment is due for next month's reservation the last Sunday of the current month (Reservation Sunday). A valid Seller’s Permit issued by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration and valid California Driver’s License are required. Ask our office staff about the benefits of selling monthly.
- Drive-up - Show up at our main entrance the day you want to sell between 5:30 am and 7:45 am. Our staff will ask you to complete paper work and show your current California Driver’s License. Have your cash payment ready since it’s due before you can drive into the property. You will be directed to an unoccupied spot by our Security Staff in the area we choose.
Daily and Monthly Rentals:
Gates open for Daily and Monthly reserved Sellers at 5:30 am. Reserved spaces are held until 7:00 am. Spaces not occupied by 7:00 am will become available to other sellers. Entry gates close at 8:00 am for all sellers on all Market Days.
Drive up Sellers:
Gates open for Drive-up sellers at 7:00 am. It’s a good idea to arrive earlier to complete the necessary paperwork that is required. We accept cash only in the drive-up line and no bills over $20. Please note, an upgrade fee will apply if you occupy a space costing more than the drive-up fee. Entry gates close at 8:00 am for all sellers on all Market Days.
