Rental Options

There are 3 ways to rent a space

1. Daily Rental – A pre-reserved space that you select from the available list in the office. Gates open for vendors renting daily at 5:30 AM. Spaces not occupied by 7:00 AM will be released to other vendors. Gates close at 9:00 AM for vendors on all Market Days.
2. Monthly Rental - A pre-reserved space that you select for the current or next calendar month.  Gates open for vendors renting monthly at 5:30 AM. Spaces not occupied by 7:00 AM will be released to other vendors. Gates close at 9:00 AM for vendors on all Market Days. A valid Seller’s Permit issued by the Board of Equalization is required.
3. Drive-up - Drive-up vendors show up at the front gate on Market days. Gates open for Drive-ups at 7:00 AM and close at 9:00 AM. Generally, you may take any available space after 7:00 AM., although an upgrade fee may apply on Sundays if you choose a space that is priced higher than the drive-up fee. Cash only, please.

   To make a reservation, come into the office or give us a call. Please note that all sales are final. Lost or stolen reservation cards cannot be replaced and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for another date.
