We are a park and sell Swap Meet, and only one vehicle is allowed per space. Space dimensions are approximately 16 feet x 20 feet. Vehicles with trailers and oversized vehicles will require the purchase of additonal spaces.
All reservations are final. We are open regardless of the weather and do not give refunds or issue rain checks. Spaces are not transferrable.
Vendors are responsible for all sales taxes and appropriate licenses that may be required.
Daily Reservations - Payment is due at the time the reservation is made.
Monthly Reservations - Payment is due for next month's reservation the last Sunday of the current month (Reservation Sunday). Monthly reservations require a Seller's Permit.
For Daily and Monthly reservations, you can pay in person at our office or give us a call at (661) 259-3886. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you reserve by phone, your Rental Agreement will be waiting for you at the Main Station located at the main gate entrance on your reserved market day. Park your car in the Pick-Up line and then retrieve your ticket. Be sure to bring your driver’s license to verify your name.
Drive-up Vendors - Just show up between 5:30 am and 7:45 am the day you want to sell. We accept cash only in the drive up line, no bills over $20.
